Ntc22 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the ntc22 platform by all users who register and use our services. Please read carefully before using this platform.
Updated: 2026. These terms apply to all ntc22 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using any part of the ntc22 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ntc22 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The ntc22 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the ntc22 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ntc22 may request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and account security purposes. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. ntc22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your password, whether with or without your knowledge. You must notify ntc22 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
User responsibilities include:
- Not sharing login credentials with any third party.
- Not using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Not attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
- Not using automated software, bots, or scripts to exploit the platform.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations while using the platform.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ntc22 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers through licensed banking institutions in Malaysia.
Deposits made by users will be credited to their account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ntc22 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party systems or technical failures beyond our control.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with ntc22's internal review procedures. Prior to the first withdrawal, users are required to complete the identity verification process. ntc22 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Users should review the applicable terms before accepting any bonus. ntc22 reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of promotional terms.
Ntc22 does not charge any hidden fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond ntc22's control.
4. Account Suspension & Closure
Ntc22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms outlined in this document.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
- Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
- Conduct that is unlawful or harmful to other users.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be frozen while an investigation is conducted. Users who are dissatisfied with the account suspension outcome may contact the ntc22 support team via email to request a review.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ntc22 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ntc22 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting activity, service interruptions, or technical errors.
Users acknowledge that betting involves financial risk and that ntc22 provides no guarantee against losses. The outcome of all games and bets is final in accordance with the applicable platform rules.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, text, and other materials on the ntc22 platform are the property of ntc22 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ntc22.
Third-Party Links & Services
The ntc22 platform may contain links to third-party services such as game providers or payment providers. ntc22 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. 6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
